The decoration is very modern, the furniture is very complete! The landlord is very nice and has put a lot of furniture for backup. There are a lot of pots, chopsticks and so on, which can be used directly. The rental process is also very smooth and convenient, the intermediary brother gave a lot of professional advice and guidance. The house is the love house of my dream! Because my roommates and I went to Australia separately, the landlord was also very considerate to help deliver the keys. Generally speaking, the experience was very good.

The entire house furniture shown in the photos and videos is included. The residential complex has a secure gated entrance and requires a key card for access to the elevator. The unit consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a study (not suitable for sleeping) with centralized air conditioning. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Commute: There is a bus stop right downstairs that provides direct access to the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. There are also various Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket conveniently located downstairs. Just across the street is Zetland's famous East Village, which offers a variety of restaurants and a Coles supermarket. It is a very convenient location for daily living.
