The 24-hour front desk has staff! Public areas are also very clean. If you look at the direction of the room, some rooms have many worms, but you can ask the front desk for insecticide. The gym is fully equipped (a little small), but the price is close to the school. Even if the network is slow, the network speed is really slow, but the traffic is enough, so it is OK. Sound insulation is OK, it's just something that can't be separated from playing games at two o'clock and screaming. No way.

11 floors this includes Lower Ground is where the common areas are including the laundry, gym, games room, cinema, music room, Ground is Reception, study rooms and some apartments, Level 1 – 8 are apartments and there is also a roof top terrace (no accommodation on this floor)

Couples can apply for the Studio Premium and an additional $50 per week is applicable.
The University of Sydney will provide a shuttle to and from USYD campus Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon.
The deposit is equal to 4 weeks rents (refundable on departure)
There is an acceptance fee of $200 (non refundable)
$160 departure fee (refunded if they cancel otherwise non refundable)
Rent includes all utilities, internet and activities in the building.
We will accept UNSW students and they can apply via the above link however the acceptance process will be slightly different
