What are the application requirements for international students, and are international guarantors accepted?

Passport, visa/study permit, proof of funds. No international guarantor is required if the rent is paid by the parents. The parents passports and proof of funds/income are needed, and the parents need to write a rent guarantee letter to the property management company (Tribe: steven.deshane@tribemgmt.com).
