【Check-in Guide & Fee Details】
• Deposit: 1000 RMB
• Security Deposit: One month's rent. Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled.
• Breach of Contract: If you terminate the lease early, the security deposit will be forfeited, and utility fees will be deducted. The remaining rent will be refunded.
• Subletting: Subletting is not permitted during the contract period.
• Payment Method: One month's rent + three months' rent in advance, or one month's rent + one month's rent in advance.
• Utility Charges:
Electricity: 0.56 RMB per kWh
Water: 4.7 RMB per ton
Hot Water: 30 RMB/ton
