The pictures speak for themselves (the last photo is the view from the bed), the windows face south. 1st floor, quiet but very central, Fidicinstr. Near U Platz der Luftbrücke. In a very nice corner of the famous Bergmannkiez, 750m from Tempelhofer Feld. The room is available from July 28th to September 15th. It costs 800.- FLAT RATE for 7 weeks, no matter how long you want to stay (that's a monthly rent of 498.-; you might be able to stay 1 week longer. It's so cheap because it's a walk-through room. That means the very nice and quiet roommate (51) goes through your room to her room (see PHOTO 4) (but she does that very rarely, and she's out Mon-Fri from about 7:30 a.m. to about 8 p.m.). It's an advantage if you're a bit older, vegetarian/vegan, quiet and considerate, and keep the apartment clean. But it's definitely not a shared flat for convenience; we have nice conversations almost every day. You'll have a much better chance if you write a short note about yourself.
