Since 2019 STACEY welcomes tenants from all over the world at Hamburg’s #1 address for coliving directly next to the beautiful lake Alster. Our oldest and biggest location offers private suites from 8 m2 to 25 m2 within multiple shared apartments with 1 to 3 fellow STACEY members. Besides the spacious common spaces & inner yard, the main reason for the Mühlenkamp location is the neighborhood in front of the doorstep: Coffee shops, restaurants, and small boutiques make the Mühlenkamp the place to be in Hamburg!

The common space is the heart of every STACEY location and the place to experience what coliving is all about. Either by having a community dinner with your roommates or joining one of our STACEY events, which regularly take place across the city.
