Our suites start on the 1st floor, ranging from 10 m2 to 20 m2 including an optional balcony, which is a must-have in summer. All shared apartments have a maximum of 4 suites, guaranteeing a pleasant stay and the best of both worlds - private & shared living.

The minimum rental period for this apartment is 3 months, and the maximum rental period is 24 months.
