Beautiful and bright apartment in the center of Barcelona - Apartment Description: The apartment is spacious and personally decorated by me in a Provencal style, based on wood, in order to make you feel at home. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchen instruments Although the windows overlook an inner courtyard, it is really very bright. It is ideal for students, workers and families up to 4 members. - Location: It is located in the center of Barcelona in a privileged area very close to Las Ramblas. The port is 5 minutes away on foot and the Drassanes metro station 3 minutes away. - Terms: - Bed sheets and towels are included. - Expenses are not included and will depend on the consumption - If the apartment is not clean or in good condition at the end of the stay, € 150 will be deducted from the deposit to cover cleaning. Be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
