If the landlord does not receive all the necessary documentation previously requested by email and payment of the full amount before check in, you will have to pay an additional 181,50 EUR (this may vary) for a last-minute contract. Days before the move-in, Landlord will contact you to set the check-in time. A fee of 119 EUR will be charged when Checking-out.
