The apartment offers four contract leases:

The reservation requires a scheduled management fee of 350 Euros (one-time) and a deposit of 600 Euros (which will be refunded according to the usage of the property)

Location, location, location! We only choose the best location. All of our apartments are located in the centre of Madrid - Sol (city center) and Chambery (5-10 minutes by subway from Sol). They are all less than 200 meters or 2 minutes from the nearest subway station.

Friendly team: A team of former exchange students from around the world dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience in your time. We are young, energetic and eager to help you.

Repair service: We are responsible for repairing and repairing our apartment. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will deal with it immediately.

Fully equipped: the apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. All bedrooms have beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, couches and locks on the doors. We do not provide sheets (sheets, blankets or pillows), so we recommend that you go shopping with your new roommate as soon as you arrive.
