Nido El Porvenir is home to nearly 500 students and offers a variety of social and study spaces. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with stunning views over Plaza de España. It’s the perfect place to relax, join our Welcome or Spring parties, or take a break after a busy day. You’ll also find dedicated study rooms, a cinema room and welcoming common areas to connect with others.

Fortnightly room cleaning and linen change are included in the rent, as well as access to a laundry room and lovely outdoor terraces.
