3) Pay the first installment of six months' rent within 7 days of signing the contract.

4) Pay the second installment of six months' rent before July 15th.

A total of 12 months' rent, paid in two installments. Annual payment enjoys the discount.

[Semi-annual Payment Booking Process] (Includes 6% monthly rent management fee)

1) Pay two months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of confirming your intention to rent to reserve the room.

2) Sign the contract; the two-month rent deposit will be converted into a security deposit.

3) Pay the first installment of six months' rent within 7 days of signing the contract.

4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before January 15th next year.

The total rent is 12 months, payable in two installments. No discounts are available for paying in half a year.
