If on the starting date of this contract, due to circumstances beyond the supplier’s control, including but not limited to other residents’ failure to return the lodging or unit on time, the supplier cannot provide the lodging or unit agreed in this contract. The lodger is not liable for any loss or damage, but the lodger can terminate this contract without paying any fees, and the supplier will unconditionally refund the deposit and the previous fee within 7 days after the contract is terminated.
Termination of the contract If the supplier unilaterally cancels this contract, the supplier shall refund the entire deposit paid by the guest.
