[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

A house with no more than 6 people, equipped with furniture, clean and tidy.
The community has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and 24-hour security.
The apartment is equipped with a paid shuttle bus from central to western schools, arranged according to the schedule.

The apartment is about 2.1 kilometers away from JCU School and takes about 20 minutes of commuting.
The apartment has a superior geographical location, with local schools, supermarkets, food stalls, and churches nearby. It is also close to public transportation, such as bus routes such as 30, 40, 43, 134, 135, 197, and 853M.
