[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
The room is equipped with furniture, checked in with a bag, clean and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
It takes about 8 minutes to walk to Telok Blangah subway station.
It takes about 14 minutes by bus to reach the Raffles Conservatory, and about 35 minutes by bus to reach NUS.

The pictures and videos are reference images for the same residential unit type, and the actual room occupied shall prevail. For further information, please contact the consultant teacher.
