[Cancel&Sublease Policy]
1. No reason to unsubscribe after booking is accepted. Seamless acceptance does not affect the refundable deposit for check-in, and the rent is calculated based on the new rent at the time of subleasing. If the lessee cannot be found, the deposit will be deducted.
2. If the rent is terminated early during the residence period, the rent will be calculated on a monthly basis and not on a daily basis. Early termination requires the tenant to find the lessee themselves and seamlessly accept the refundable deposit. The rent is calculated based on the new rent at the time of subleasing. If the lessee cannot be found, the deposit will be deducted. 
3. Both subleasing and early termination of lease must be notified to the supplier in advance, and can only be terminated with permission.
