[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
1. Utilities charges excluded.
2. A One-timed administration Fee of $100.00/unit (subjected to GST) is payable upon check-in. 
3. Addition or Change of Occupant during tenancy period is $50.00 (subjected to GST).
4. Mattress/Pillows/Pillow Case/bedsheets are not included in the quoted rates.
5. Security deposit (equivalent to one month' s rental and $250 keys & utilities) to be made payable upon confirmation of booking. 
6. One month' s advance rental to be made payable upon signing the Tenancy Agreement or Check-in whichever earlier.
7. Security deposit shall be forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
8. Rental Rates and Charges are subjected to changes.
9. Lift Landing at 5th and 8th storey, add $50.00 to the monthly rental.
