[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 3 months.
The lease start time cannot be modified after reservation.

[Cost details]
The replacement fee is $162 (including consumption tax), and the selection fee is $54 (including consumption tax).
Peak period surcharges: 
June/November--3%
July/August/December/January--7%
All rates quoted includes 7% Goods & Service Tax (GST).
Pillow/Pillow Case/Bed sheets are not included in the quoted rates.
A one-time administration fee of $180.00 is payable upon check-in.
Security deposit (equivalent to one month' s rental) and one month' s advance rental is to be paid upon signing of License Agreement and all payments must be made upon check-in.
Security deposit or booking fee (whichever is paid) will be forfeited if reservation/booking is cancelled.
Request to change unit during/after check-in will be subjected to an administration fee of $160.50.
Limited selection of choice unit is available at an additional charge of $54.
Separate charges are applicable for utilities ie: water/electricity.
The management reserves the rights to change the above-mentioned rates and charges without prior notice.

[Apartment Features]
Unit type: Four person/Six person room
Facilities: The apartment offers over 100 uniquely decorated and fully furnished rooms, with amenities including bunk beds, desks and chairs, wardrobes, and air conditioning. There is a washing machine, dryer, tea room (microwave, refrigerator, water heater, and induction cooker), fiber optic broadband, and 24-hour security in the dormitory. In addition, public areas also provide badminton courts, gyms, basketball rooms, TV lounges, study rooms, and BBQ areas.
[Apartment Overview]
YOHA @ Henderson provides students with a comfortable accommodation environment, with a 1-minute walk from the dormitory to the bus station, close to the Subway Station in Central Bali. There are multiple restaurants, food stalls, and convenience stores nearby, as well as post offices, police stations, and banks, making everything convenient for students.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 628 meters away from Red Hill MRT and takes about 5 minutes to walk.
The distance from SMU/Kaplan/Nafa/Lasalle is about 4.2km, and the school can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes.
It is 3km away from MDIS and takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the school.

[Extension Policy]
1. Notify the apartment of the extension time at least two weeks before check-in, and provide a specific date for the extension.
2. One free extension is allowed before check-in. If further extension is required, a request for extension should be submitted to the apartment based on the specific situation. Whether it is possible to extend for free again depends on the apartment's response.
3. Extension application needs to be submitted before check-in. After check-in or if there is no free extension, the deposit paid will be deducted.
