What materials should be prepared when moving in
Upon check-in, the apartment front desk will need to see a form of photo identification (passport, driver's license, etc.). Proof of studies from your university, preferably an offer, will also be required, and the apartment may also require a copy for their records and upon request from the local council.
Is there a fee for booking a room?
Once you have selected your Nido room, a refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your stay.
does my room have internet
Yes, we have high speed Wifi in every Nido so you can always be connected. More information on how to connect will be provided upon your arrival.
does someone clean my room
Your stay does not include housekeeping. You can however contact the Nido team to book your cleaning for a small fee.
Are there any additional value-added services?
We work hard to make sure everything is covered during your stay. To clarify, your rent does not include the following items: Some of our Nidos have vending machines in them. All snacks and beverages in the vending machines will be at your own expense. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis or book your room cleaning at reception for a flat fee. If you need any bedding, towels and/or kitchen equipment during your stay, you can purchase them through UniKitOut. We've partnered with UniKitOut to give you a wide selection and deliver to your door.

When will my deposit be returned?
The apartment will hold your deposit with the TDS agency until it is returned to you. At the end of your rental period, the property will refund the deposit to you after inspection of the room. If the room is artificially damaged, the compensation will be deducted from the deposit.
Does the apartment have a laundry room? How much does laundry cost?
All nidos have laundry. You have 24 hour access to the washer, dryer and ironing board. For real-time washer/dryer availability, download the Circuit Laundry App. Prices for laundry and dry cleaning can be found in your welcome book, which you will receive upon check-in. Payment is done by pay-as-you-go card, which can be purchased at the machines in the laundry room. If you have any questions about laundry please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help.

How about warranty?
The apartment's maintenance team is available 5 days a week to help with any issues. They can also be used in emergencies on weekends. If you experience any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log them on your maintenance portal (full information can be found in your welcome book). The team will update you on the progress of the work and book a time with you to enter your room.

Can I bring visitors into my room?
There is no requirement for visitor frequency during the day. A guest may stay up to eight consecutive nights within a month if there are overnight visitors. All guests must be over 18 years old. You must sign in when guests check in and they must have photo ID to enter the building.
