It is very close to Liverpool University and 5 minutes walk to the school. The surrounding super, Chinese food is also very rich and convenient. Community greening is good, comfortable life.

Lennon Studios is a luxury student accommodation in Liverpool located in the birthplace of the Beatles legend John Lennon, which is also the heart of the Knowledge Quarter. It is close to the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. You only need to walk for 2 minutes to reach the school. The apartment is also adjacent to two churches and two major stations in Liverpool, surrounded by fine wine and nightlife. Lennon Studios Liverpool offers room types, including studio, en-suite, and non-en-suite. You can choose the appropriate room type according to your living preferences. The flat has a parking lot (at an additional charge) where your car can be stored appropriately. Unite Student Lennon Studios is an ideal choice of accommodation for Liverpool students.

 

Facilities

Lennon Studios has three types of rooms on offer - En-suite, Studio and Non-En-suite - to meet the diverse needs of students. Each room in Lennon Studios Liverpool is equipped with high-quality room amenities such as a bed,  wardrobe, desk and chair, under-bed storage space and private shower. Shared kitchens are equipped with a dining area, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, and range hood. Living in a Non-en-Suite requires sharing the kitchen and bathroom with your roommate. The En-suite will provide an independent bathroom, and the Studio will be a private single space.
 

Unite Students Lennon Studios offers standard amenities to enhance the living experience. The flat's main feature is the extra-charged parking lot, where you can park your vehicle anytime. Meanwhile, the Lennon Studios will also provide bike storage, laundry and recycling to make your life more convenient. Out of consideration for the safety of students, it is equipped with CCTV, 24/7 assistance, an on-site service team, contents insurance, secure access, maintenance support, and a fire system. These facilities will always ensure your personal and property safety. Lennon Studios Liverpool will also provide students with outdoor social space, allowing them to enjoy the outdoor environment easily and happily. The rent already covers a series of expenses incurred during your stay in the apartment, including heating, water, gas, electricity, and WiFi in your flat & communal areas.

 

Location and What's Hot?

The Unite Students Lennon Studios is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the Knowledge Quarter. You only need to walk for two minutes to reach LJMU and the University of Liverpool. Also, there are many shops around the housing from which you can choose. A 10-minute walk to a Tesco Express supermarket and a 15-minute walk to a large Tesco supermarket. Unite Lennon Studios also provides the TSB Bank and several nearby bars, cafes, and restaurants. Liverpool City Centre is a 15-minute walk away and has a large shopping mall, Liverpool One. Lennon Studios Liverpool is close to some iconic attractions such as The Beatles Story and the picturesque Albert Dock. You can also indulge in the greenery at Sefton Park or go for a historical stroll in the verdant St James' Mount and Gardens.

The Lennon Studios is conveniently located, with many bus stops and railway stations. Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station and Liverpool Central Railway Station will provide convenient railway travel services and enable you to reach your destination quickly. In addition, you can go to bus stops around the apartment to reach your destination, such as Forrest Street, Campbell Street, and School Lane (Stop HB).
