This bright home is an 11 minute walk to Loughborough University, perfect for anyone unlucky enough to have any 9 am lectures, while an 11 minute walk takes you straight to Market Place where you' ll find all of your favourite shops and restaurants. A quick 9 minute walk takes you to Firefly, but if clubs aren' t your thing then grab a bite to eat and a cold pint at The Griffin (5 minutes), a Loughborough fave. Your local Sainsbury' s is 7 minutes away, making the weekly food shop an easy chore. Have a wander around Queen' s Park or have a picnic with some friends, York Road provides the perfect balance between the busy and the calm.
