The new and upscale amenities are located in a prime location on the West Campus, close to the school and only a 4 minute walk from UT-Austin. The apartment has a total of 7 floors and there is an elevator for the convenience of the residents. The gym is on the 7th floor and is called the “air gym”, which gives you a better mood when you are exercising. Single room rental, optional furniture: bed with mattress, bedside table, table and chairs and dressing table. The living room furniture package includes: a sofa and a large chair, a coffee table, TV cabinet and a media center, dining table and chairs. The washing machine and dryer are included in the room, thus eliminating the hassle of going to the public laundry room. The study room is set up on the second floor, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and all facilities are free to use.
