Summer sublease of Hendrix hall bedroom (may to August)
?Located in grove street, New Jersey, the downstairs path station has two lines, 33rd Street and WTC. One stop is from the island to Wall Street, directly reaching the Midtown office area, NYU and SVA, with convenient transportation.
??‍♂New Jersey has good security and hygiene. There are Walgreen pharmacies downstairs and whole foods nearby. Life is convenient.
?The 27th floor faces east, warm in winter and cool in summer.
⚙Home facilities are complete: the latest dryer/washing machine/dishwasher, kitchen tools and sauces are complete, the living room has been cut off, and the building can be renewed.
?The home is well maintained and often hygienic. It is basically the same as when I moved in.
❤The Hendrix community is active, with delicious food group/milk tea group/pet group/transfer group, which is convenient to hire people and full of happiness in foreign life.
