Very good, very convenient, recommend this platform
?I took the sublease of the previous foreign student tenant to Gateway through a good residence in a foreign land. I thought that in DPS, I would walk 5min from the school, and there was a bus and subway nearby, which was safe and secure.❗️ ?My room is located on the 7th floor and is the Private Room in 2b2b. The room is quiet and the public area is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. Each floor of the apartment has a common laundry room, dryer and study room. ?At first, with a deep understanding of the local culture, I chose an American roommate to live together. I felt uneasy before moving in, but I met several foreign friends.??

The location is unbeatable and everything works fine. Overall a great living experience though a bit expensive
Although the gateway is expensive, the service is really very good. The maintenance service can respond and solve the problem efficiently within 20 minutes of working time. It is also convenient to take express delivery. It is the best choice for usc within walking distance without shortage of money!
